Post Adoption Support Services
Mountain Youth Resources, through regional Consortiums, is dedicated to facilitating the successful placement of adopted children including those with special needs, older children, sibling groups, and medically fragile youth. This encompasses a wide-ranging package of comprehensive post adoption support and services. Post adoption services are available to all families who have adopted children. The goal of the post adoption support services program is to help families find parenting solutions that work or to help them find quality services in their local community. We are committed to providing families and children with the best support services possible in order to ensure happy and successful adoptions. We are available to Regions I, II, and III.
A crisis information hotline is available to all adoptive families. The APASS staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This allows staff to be available when a crisis arises.
