Mountain Youth Resources, Inc. (MYR) is a private, non-profit,youth and family services Agency. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and licensed annually by the North Carolina Department of Human Resources and COA accredited. The Agency's Administrative offices are located at Desoto Trail in Sylva, North Carolina. Other offices are located in Murphy, Robbinsville, Franklin, Hayesville, Marion, Marshall, and Clyde.
